Hoi An Memories Land includes 3 main subdivisions: The venue of the real-scene art performance “Hoi An Memories Show” - a 400-year-reenactment of Hội An's ups and downs, “Hoi An Impression Theme Park” - Vietnam's first cultural theme park, and “Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa” - a new definition of resort and entertainment services.

In 2019, Hoi An Memories Show appeared in Times Square, New York. After 4 years of debut, the show has had over 2,000 performances and attracted about 2 million spectators, making it a notable spot on the international tourist map.
