Founded in 2012 by renowned chef and entrepreneur Trinh Diem Vy, Taste Vietnam Group has grown from a few beloved restaurants in Hoi An into a thriving culinary empire. In 2015, Ms. Vy founded Hoi An Culinary Events, which led to the creation of Vietnam’s first International Food Festival in 2016. Through her extensive network within the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), she has brought together top chefs from around the world, solidifying Vietnam’s place on the global culinary map.

Her expertise in Vietnamese gastronomy has made her a highly sought-after consultant and media personality. She has collaborated with and appeared alongside celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Luke Nguyen, Tommy Tang, Martin Yan, and Geoff Jansz. A passionate ambassador for Vietnamese cuisine, she has traveled extensively, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm on international platforms.
