“Folk Music Classes in Schools” in Hoi An

“Folk Music Classes in Schools” at Phan Bội Châu and Đỗ Trọng Hường Secondary Schools were opened by the Center for Culture, Sports, Radio and Television and the Department of Education and Training of Hội An city.

This activity is part of the Project “Nurturing Creativity in Young Talents”, which aims to make folk art an educational subject for students at 36 schools at all levels across the city through experiential and extracurricular activities, as well as performances. It also intends to preserve and promote Hội An's folk arts, discover and nurture young talents, and join the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of Crafts and Folk Art.

The center for Culture, Sports, Radio and Television of Hoi An city
