To bring the Project “For a Humanitarian and Warm-hearted Hội An” to life and become Hội An's own unique cultural and tourism product, the city is calling on locals and tourists to implement the following contents:
1. Grandparents, parents live exemplary
2. Help the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children, friendly with everyone. Remember queue in waiting line
3. Give way politely when meeting funerals on the road
4. Respect for priority road, pavement areas and pedestrian areas. Limit using horns and headlights, not drive over permitted speed
5. Do not litter and encourage other people to do the same
6. Aesthetically pleasing outfit in doing business, in ancient monuments and in public places
7. No cheating on customers. Do not swear, quarrel or make noise in living and public places
8. Protect cultural and natural heritages
9. Do good and useful actions daily
