In the framework of the 1st Conference on Tourism for Rural Development of UN Tourism organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordinate with the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) and the People’s Committee of Quảng Nam Province, taking place from December 9-11, 2024 in Quảng Nam Province.
The delegations attending conference have a chance to visit and experience in Trà Quế Vegetable Village, explore traditional pottery-making arts in Thanh Hà Pottery Village then visit Hội An Ancient Town – a land of convergence and intersection of Eastern and Western cultures.
Mrs. Zoritsa Urosevic - Deputy Secretary-General of UN Tourism and the other distinguished delegates take part in the ribbon-opening ceremony to honor Trà Quế Vegetable Village – The Best Tourism Village 2024.
On the morning of Dec 11th, at Trà Quế Vegetable Village, Mrs. Zoritsa Urosevic - Deputy Secretary-General of UN Tourism, Mr. Hà Văn Siêu – Deputy Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Hồng – Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quảng Nam Province, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Sơn – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hội An city take part in the ribbon-opening ceremony to honor Trà Quế Vegetable Village as the Best Tourism Village 2024.
